What to expect when Hidden Gizmos begins selling and shipping products directly.
Where this policy applies
This page applies only when a product is clearly marked as sold directly by Hidden Gizmos. If you buy through Amazon or another retailer, that retailer’s shipping policy applies.
Shipping options
When direct sales are available, available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and charges will be shown before you place the order whenever required.
Processing and delivery
We will aim to process orders promptly. Delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically state otherwise, and carrier delays, weather or other events can sometimes affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available for a direct Hidden Gizmos order, we will provide it through the order confirmation, account area or another reasonable method.
Addresses and delivery issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting an order. If a package is delayed, damaged or missing, contact Customer Service and we will help determine the appropriate next step.
International shipping
If international shipping is offered, available destinations and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout. Import duties or local taxes may be the customer’s responsibility when required by local law.
